Schedules Available:
- Day/Night rotation
- Day/PM rotation
- Nights only
- Includes every 3rd weekend + rotating holidays
Shift Differentials:
- PM: +$2.50/hr
- Nights: +$4.00/hr
- Weekends: +$3.00/hr
Sign-on Bonus:
- $15,000 for candidates with 2+ years of experience
- $10,000 for candidates with less than 2 years
What You’ll Do:
- Work independently while collaborating across care teams
- Assess cardiopulmonary status and create individualized care plans
- Provide patient and family education in various care settings
What You’ll Receive:

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
- CRT (NBRC)
- Wisconsin RCP license
- RRT within 2 years of hire
- Current BLS (Infant–Adult)
