Respiratory Therapist

Schedules Available:

  • Day/Night rotation
  • Day/PM rotation
  • Nights only
  • Includes every 3rd weekend + rotating holidays


Shift Differentials:

  • PM: +$2.50/hr
  • Nights: +$4.00/hr
  • Weekends: +$3.00/hr


Sign-on Bonus:

  • $15,000 for candidates with 2+ years of experience
  • $10,000 for candidates with less than 2 years
     

What You’ll Do:

  • Work independently while collaborating across care teams
  • Assess cardiopulmonary status and create individualized care plans
  • Provide patient and family education in various care settings

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
  • CRT (NBRC)
  • Wisconsin RCP license
  • RRT within 2 years of hire
  • Current BLS (Infant–Adult)
